• All products are described as accurately as possible. However, colors and designs may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
• By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. - Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods.
• Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout. - Shipping and Delivery
• We currently deliver only within Canada.
• Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. - Exchanges Only Policy
• We do not accept returns. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags.
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• To request an exchange, please contact us at your contact email within 14 days of receiving your order. - Limitation of Liability
• Broche’ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product. - Changes to Terms
